4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Cooperate in a timely manner
Grant necessary access to tools and platforms
Review and approve deliverables when required

5. Payment Terms

Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are agreed prior to engagement.

Unless otherwise stated:

Payments are due in advance
All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
Late payments may result in suspension of services

6. Intellectual Property

All materials created by VisiVance remain our property until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their business purposes.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business or technical information shared during the engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visibelle Digital Ltd shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunities
Any damages arising from use of our services or website

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 3 months.

10. Termination

Upon termination:

Outstanding fees remain payable
